Our Wren’s Nest Shop provides custom and made-to-order 3D-printed products, including cookie cutters, stamps, flexi friends, garden helpers, décor, and related items. All products are intended for personal use unless otherwise stated.

Products & Custom Orders

  • Many of our items are made to order and/or customized.

  • Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These are normal and part of the handmade process.

  • Custom orders are created based on customer-provided details and approvals. Once approved and printed, changes cannot be made.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing times are listed on each product page and may vary by item.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

  • Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns, Refunds & Issues

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if there is any issue with your order, please contact us. We are always happy to help and will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Product Use & Care

  • Our 3D-printed items are made from PLA or similar materials.

  • PLA is not heat-safe and should not be placed in dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, or hot environments.

  • Cookie cutters and stamps should be hand washed only and dried promptly.

  • Items are not intended for children unless explicitly stated.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use or care.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, text, and content on this site are the property of Our Wren’s Nest Shop unless otherwise noted.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell our designs without written permission.

  • Custom designs created for customers are for personal use only unless a commercial license has been agreed upon in writing.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for unlawful purposes

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

  • Attempt to disrupt or harm the website or services

Limitation of Liability

Our Wren’s Nest Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. All products are used at the customer’s own discretion and risk.
